| MIB has a very strong differentiating
factor, its vast pool of intellectual infrastructure, which
is not restricted to the confines of the campus. The visiting
faculties at MIB consist of a healthy blend of academic luminaries
from various academic institutes as well as from the industry
so that the students get a rich mix of state of the art academic
research and the latest in industry trends. |

| Ideas rule the world. It takes
a curious, persevering and creative mind to engender ideas.
The tougher part though, is to make ideas a reality.
For any business landscape and new venture in this age, super
specialization has made it imperative for a manager to be
an expert in his/her domain. As a new initiative student of
MIB would be exposed to some specialized business domain knowledge
with the help of rigorous study modules.
These subjects have been chosen after a great amount of discussion
and suggestion from faculty and alumni. The aim of this initiative
is to provide an extra edge to MIBians when they walk out
of MIB tomorrow.
Thus, beyond the core curriculum, a range of optional subjects
is offered to the future managers at MIB. The aim is to improve
the knowledge base of students and managerial decision-making
skills. The subjects go beyond theory and enhance the professional
capability and functional knowledge of the students. The faculties
for the same are thus meticulously chosen, both from academia
and industry, to do full justice to this objective. |
