laden with a conspicuous energy and spirit. Never complacent
of what they have and ever confident to take on the new challenges,
MIBians are driven by the unputdownable urge to be there amongst
the best and above the rest. MIBians slug it out in the class,
and when that turns insatiable they often transform the canteens
and the tea stalls into unofficial and informal boardrooms.
The classrooms…
The classrooms brim with life and activity from morning till
evening. Students can be seen brainstorming over cases, presentations,
drafting the perfect CV, calling Corporates for sponsorship
or guest lectures, and everything else. MIBians know academic
learning is just the beginning; its learning by working that
brings out the manager-leader in them.
MIBians learn about, and experience

MIBians learn about, and experience, group dynamism, teamwork,
decision making and being analytical & rational, by working
for various student initiated committees. They learn to plan,
execute and take responsibility at an early stage. The various
student committees such as Alumni Committee, CLIC (Corporate
Learning Interaction Club), Convention Cell, Media & Magazine
Cell, Catalyst (the ECA cell), Electives Committee and the Placement
Cell are a result of the students’ passion for initiation
and commitment. The

The campus is always abuzz with different activities
and events that the students organize and take part in. Guest
Lectures, Symposia, Workshops, Seminars, Alumni Meet, Conventions,
B-School events and competitions, NGO visits and even football
& cricket matches are part of the regular diet that the
students feast on.
MIBians value achievement…
MIBians value achievement. They take pride in instigating
new ideas, fighting through criticisms and dead ends, and
dreaming big. The young bloods are always looking out for
new ways to add value to themselves and their institute, the
result of which are the various prizes won by the students
in different B-School such as IIM-L, Nirma, NITIE, XIMB, IIFT,
etc. to name a few.
Ethical orientation…
Ethics at MIB are of prime importance. The elements
of social responsibility are entwined in the threads of the
pedagogy, so that the students walking out of the campus have
a value based growth and a solid foundation in the way business
is conducted the right way. The students at MIB learn to give
back to the society along their path to education.
The unwinding…
But MIBians also know that all work can reduce an eager
enthusiast to a dull “human capital”. That’s
why one can find them reveling in Jam Sessions in the campus;
in the by lanes of Old Delhi exploring new delicacies; unwinding
in discs and pubs after a hectic day of presentations and
project submissions, cheering Argentina and Italy in the hostel
common rooms, and visiting NGO’s to make themselves
aware of their social responsibility.
Life at MIB is reflection of people
of eclectic background. It’s their passion, liveliness
and eagerness that are visible in the spark that this place
exudes. MIB is all about transformation and excellence. All
